I love the Nik software and the multi effects. I like both images John but prefer the softer and older feel of the second. It just lends to the atmosphere of the image.

I enjoyed this subject. The memorial is within the grounds of Clitheroe castle in a very commanding position, the battle was a re-enactment in Pennington Park and the poppies in a field in Italy. Some great shots here. Look forward to Terry's choice now.

I have to query whether the judge having the prints prior to the competition is the right thing to do - or even within the spirit of judging. As I understand it, this doesn't happen in the major comps so why should it be allowed at club level? I wonder if this is the same judge that requested this t...
