Took this some time ago whilst in the Highlands, spent some time this week playing about with some of the shots from that trip and this is one of the results and a particular favourite, hope you like it.

Thanks Gill, i tried bribery it made him worse think he just got a little fed up and flopped to the ground.

Thank you Tracy, your absolutely right it took a good few hours to get this shot, he's just a pup who won't sit still for long, i managed to get this out of a burst of shots after many attempts to tempt Marley to pose.

Marley, Chocolate lab, obviously you have to take my word that he is a chocolate lab !!

Thanks for the comments Paul, Tracy the mono does look better, the image was taken a few years ago, if i was shooting the same image today it would be better composed and framed.

Bit of HDR going on, I quite like the B&W Image think the image size constraints don't do them justice they look much better bigger but thats just my humble opinion.

Absoluitely agree Paul, have the book set and again he writes in easy to follow steps making it practicle to try out the methods in the books.

Michael google Scott Kelby on youtube he's the photoshop guy, teaches the programme in simple terms covers most versions of photoshop or follow the link below, enjoy !

We were in San Fran for a week so had a lot of opportunities to get some good shots this particular day the weather was appalling drizzle, fog, we walked from the Bay to Saulsilito over the GGB by the the time we got to the bridge on Bay side the weather was perfect.
