Thanks Mel.... Just to add, This will be a beginners/intermediate class for off camera portrait lighting. I will be doing a presentation covering. Lighting Equipment, Modifiers, Hard and soft light. Lighting ratio's. The Inverse square law. Killing the ambient light...!! We'll be taking dynamic port...

Well people that know me will say I'm certainly not a pet lover..... So im looking at your image as a straight forward portrait.. And what a delightful portrait it is.. Pets can be more difficult to shoot than models as they dont always do whats asked of them... Lovely catchlight in the eye. Nice ri...

Lovely Rembrandt lighting on the sit down shots.. Creates a good drama feel to the images.. Good light ratio. Well done, Keep it up..!! Personally i'd consider a background rethink..

Digital competition Entries..
I was thinking of putting some entries into this months digital competion. I heard John say at one of the last meetings the size was now to be 1800 x 1400 pixels.. But what I wanted to know was.. When an image in portrait mode is projected.. What colour is the background on the screen so I can match...
