The Summer Syllabus tends to be more practical and "hands on" and I'd be pleased to have all your ideas of things you would like covered. I have already received one idea in for an evening of camera handling techniques and problems, with separate groups for Pentax, Nikon, Canon, and so on....

Some good points here. As regards composition, an art book that explains how to "decode" the content of a painting is quite an eye-opener and could be very helpful to anyone wanting to improve their skills. Such books will be found in Waterstones in Manchester and then perhaps bought from ...
