Re: Which Printer?

Hi and thanks for replies. I am getting a printer for other use in home and so was thinking I would print some images myself etc, depending on results they could be comp prints but mainly just personal and depending on cost A4 at the largest. Epson has been my printer of choice in the past but was h...

Re: Latest pictures

Which Printer?

Could any members who do their own printing
for pleasure and comp work please advise on
makes/models, ink costs, the best paper
to use with them etc.
I realise this may be personal preference but
any help would be gratefully received.

Regards

Re: Images for appraisal

Thank you Paul for taking the time to look and comment. :-d My post processing is at the moment next to non-existant. The duck is as shot I'm afraid, it was nosing through the patio window waiting to be fed. Any help and advice is always encouraging, trying to remember the advice might be tricky. Re...

Re: Images for appraisal

Thank you John & Stu for looking and your comments. I've been reading, and watching YouTube tutorials, too many probably. Mind is full of all sorts of stuff, it's hard to remember. I think I've sussed the image sizing now John :) & the tiger was unfortunately @ 300mm & the widest apertur...

Re: hopefully better

Hi Michael I'm certainly not experienced enough to offer advice on your images but I certainly enjoy looking at them all. I think I took a similar picture of Haigh Hall recently just before chasing the sun as it sank past the horizon on the golf course. The only thing I can say is the more you pract...

Re: Inside the Dishwasher

Hi John, that is a fantastic image and something
I'd never thought about.
Maybe they should put glass doors on them
like washing machines to save on cameras, I think the wife and I had
the very same cutlery till recently.

Re: Off roading

Hi Jane,
Those images certainly make the driving look like fun. You captured that really well.
With last years summer there was no lack of mud for the muppets :)

Images for appraisal

Hi all,
I decided to post a few images here to hopefully get some tips etc from the forum members.
I've only been using a camera since January and would welcome any pointers and comments.
Had fun trying to figure out how to resize the images in CS5 thank goodness for Youtube.
