Having looked back at previous compertitions I decided to go with Signs of Spring, it has been just under 3 years since this was a topic so hopefully we will see some new images and not recycled ones. Anything that shows that Sripng has sprung or is on the way is what I would like to see.
We will go for a 3 week window, so all entries in by midnight on the 12th April.

Thanks for all the entries.
Sue, a good clear view of Bluebells which also shows them in their natural surrounding
John, a close up of a group of crocus, obviously a wide-angle lens has been used to capture this shot.
Janice, the humble daisy, a clear sign of spring and the warmer weather to come, the shallow D.O.F helps make them stand out.
Graham, A good shot of the iconic Daffodil, keeping the background out of focus helps keep the flower the main point if interest.
JOJO, another iconic Daffodil shot, this time showing the flower in it’s natural environment
Mel, Spring on the River Wye, I am not sure if it is mist making this image soft or if the image is a little over exposed. It looks like a long exposure has been used to keep the water smooth.

After careful consideration, I rank these as follows;-

1st - Sue
2nd- Graham
3rd – Janice

So sue, it is over to you.
