Do we know what format the Ladies night is going to take? How many pics etc?

Bring along AVs, not too long, say 5 minutes or so, or as well or instead between 5 and 10 still images.

Sue's just finished making her AV for the night.

Whichever of our ladies puts in the best, as decided by a selected panel of men, will take home a bottle of our finest wine, or a pen drive if preferred!
Best regards

Well done to the ladies tonight. Some great AV and images. I would not have liked to have chosen the winner. Well done Sue Riley for the winning production.

I was a bit unsure about the concept of a ladies evening, especially after the schoolboy reactions to bare breasts the week before but what we got was excellent images.
I enjoyed all of the individual images, especially a couple of the portraits and the scottish monochromes but I also was also inspired by the AVs. I am still new to the club but some of the AVs we have seen recently have seemed to me to concentrate on the transition effects whereas the one's on Thursday evening presented great images relatively simply and in a coherent way.
I wasn't able to stay for the tea (which I assume was still made by Sue even on ladies evening ;-] ) and so I may have missed discussions about the show but I do think that we missed an opportunity as a group to talk about some of the images and techniques.

One final thought for John - if my wife had won, and I then selected which wine to have as the prize, I would be at risk of parts of my anatomy being used for earrings!!! :-d :-d

Thanks for the comments Gordon and don't worry, Sue chose her wine in the end!
