Designzzz has an interesting article about available photoshop articles for photographers. Not always very useful to those who know the programme well but never-the-less it is moderately interesting to read.

I can certainly recommend Virtual photographer from Opticverv.

It does a smashing job on converting images to monochrome with many different effects.
