Phil, You won't be able to find a zoom true fisheye lens - they only come as prime lenses as their are of coverage is 180 degrees. Unless I'm mistaken, I presume you are referring to the Sigma 8-16mm lens - well this has a 114.5 degree(s) view angle, not the 180 degree of a fisheye and is not design...

I've got 10 on order to be fitted to my custom-built extended stand, each mounted with a 20% overlap which, when joined together in a program such as PTGui will give me, effectively, a camera of some 350 million pixels ! All I need to do now is save up for a printer that will do justice to those pix...
