I'm sure we've all taken a photo of a church or cathedral at some point when we're out and about.
I want you to wow me with your best shot - exterior, interior, close-up detail, stained glass window, whatever you like...
Closing date is midnight on Sunday 6th November.

Re: #176 A NIGHT SCENE
Thank you Mike. Much appreciated.
The photo was taken while on holiday on the west coast of Scotland. Just in the right place at the right time. I actually get just as much enjoyment capturing sunsets and coastal scenes, as people.
Cheers
Paul

Re: Thu 13th October 2016 - Paul Jones
Thanks John I'll be looking at different ways to light people - hard light, soft light, use of modifiers, etc. I'll be trying to make it fun and interactive, so may be asking a few questions to get you all thinking about how we use light. The evening will include some examples of glamour / nude imag...

Have you got a link to your review/s?
How did my photos of you turn out?
I do like the shallow DOF in image 2. Very effective.

Re: Critique From this Morning
For me, the new versions are much better.
More interesting eyes on photo 1 and you've tidied up the neck area.
Better scattering of images on the joiner and you've raised the exposure so it's not as muddy.
I like the Skipool image.
I envy your creativity Sue.

It was a brilliant session, with everyone not afraid to join in.
We saw some very good photos.
Let's have more sessions like this.

Re: Fotoshoot
Hi Chris
Both good efforts and fine photos. Perhaps you could have got a bit more arch in the back in photo 1, but that's just a minor nit-pick.
Cheers
