I am trying to understand my flash, which I have had for years but not used and I am looking for some advice form all you good photographers out there.
Can I change the ISO levels when using flash, or what is the best ISO level to set the camera at?

Hi, I am on the cadge.
Amongst the many miriad of members at the club, is their one who has at the back of his shed or workshop a piece of Steel. 1/4" thick and 12" x 4".
It is for a camera related project.

Last night we hosted the annual Battle with Leigh Camera Club and we are proud to say we just managed to win. It was very close, only three marks in it. During Jim's illness last year we had to step down from the job of competitions secretaries, a job that we had enjoyed during the previous 4 years...

Adaps did well again in the North Cheshire competitions. In the Print competiton we came joint 14th out of 32 clubs and In the Digital Projected images we came joint 14th out of 32 clubs.
