Thanks Pammie. This really was a 'discovered' scene with absolutely no set up what so ever. I was walking by the fence and noticed the umbrella left to hang up, presumably by someone who'd found it on the floor. I have some far more interesting shots of kids throwing snowballs on Pont des Arts about half an hour later. Unfortunately none of them were either wearing red or covered in blood!

I'll have a think about a new competition and post the theme tomorrow.
