Kitchenware, made of pewter and found in the kitchen at Dunham Massey.

Re: #189:Kitchen close up's
Thanks for the entries and here are my humble comments
RIANNE-Nice angle and colour contrast with the last eggs nicely out of focus but not too sure about the background.
JOJO-A different approach to the subject but a feel the lighting has let it down as the beautiful colours of the spices do not stand out enough
Mel-Like the feel of this;the brass of the ignition breaks up the black and aluminium nicely but I think that needed to be focus.
Janice-Very sharp where it needs to be,with the lighting, background colour and blurred effect adding to the overall picture.
John-Kitchenware it certainly is but perhaps a cropped version would have been more appropriate
This has certainly made me think a lot more about a photograph, any photograph and hopefully will make a better photographer.
As Janice did last time I'm only going to pick a winner and although she might not like it it has to be
JANICE-Winner Well done and as Wimbledon has just finished the ball is in your court

LOL Graham! Entering the forum comp and having to comment/judge the images certainly does make you think about taking images. Not any easy task, and not welcomed by many! It certainly helped me get started. Will try and rack my brains for a 'popular' subject. Watch this space. Some great pics once again.
