Many thanks for you entries. All very good and an interesting mix of interpretations of the theme.

The power boats and the motorbike are probably what I had in mind after a visit to Carr mill and I have similar images of both boats. All three give a very good impression of speed which isn't always as easy as it sounds. Bobby and Mikes pictures are possibly a bit tight in the frame but i particularly love the clear view of the pilots face in Bobby's image.

Sue's ducks is a fantastic image of frantic activity but it is slightly difficult to know that they are ducks without the title. The strawberry from Janice is a fine example of using speed in the sense of shutter speed and works very well.

John has given us a finely crafted image with the still elements beautifully balanced and well judged movement in the car. I do find the lack of wheels a bit disconcerting!!

At the end of the day the choice of winner is which one works best for me and today that is Bobby Loomba. Over to you.
