John Chappell is away on holiday and wasn’t aware that he had won the forum competition, so I messaged him and reminded him to select the next topic, for which he choose “water”. However, John is having trouble accessing the Forum, so I volunteered to set up the next competition for him. I’ll also post his chosen winner. So let John have your best water shots.....the closing date is Sunday 28 July at midnight.

Cascades over Rocks - there is plenty of water downstream from the waterfalls of devil's bridge. This cascade is below the pond at the Hydro plant, where the overflow is a line of solid rock.

John Chappell is on holiday in France (...when is he not?... :D ), and therefore he has asked me to pass on his choice of the winner in this competition.
His comments are as follows:

"Not many to choose from but also not an easy choice. I've gone for Northumbrian Coast by Alan Kemp. Great shutter speed to slow the movement of water down and a great location with the rocks framing the water."

So well done Alan, and over to you for the selection of the subject for our next Forum competition.
