Thurs 16 October - David Butcher "City Light"

Post by melbarnes »

David Butcher will present his lecture of over 90 images spanning cities of the world and landscapes of Switzerland and New Zealand. This portfolio of Dave's superb darkroom prints of 25 different cities of the world includes New York, Sydney, New Zealand, Hong Kong, London and many more with hints and tips throughout on how he does it. This should be a very interesting and informative night - not to be missed!

Another good presentation tonight - at least the city part that Gwen and I saw before we had to leave early - and I'm sure the rest of the night was as good as the first part. I look forward to taking some night time city shots when we get back from our travels.

David Butcher will also be re-appearing at ADAPS on 9 April next year to give his presentation "Magnificent Monochrome".

I enjoyed it too. The quality of the prints was amazing and it gives a benchmark as to what is possible.
Best regards
