Salford Museum & Art Gallery

On Sunday I took the opportunity of visiting the Salford Museum & Art Gallery next to the university. I left the car at the Busway P&R and caught the bus which stopped right outside. A couple of interesting exhibitions being the “My life through a lens” by Graham Nash shows until 3rd July. Nash is a renowned international photographer ex Hollies & Crosby Stills & Nash fame. All the work shown is B&W and captures everyday life. The second is 50 prints from Swinton Photographic Society annual exhibition showing until 10th July. If you haven’t been before there is Lark Hill Place a re-created Victorian Street and static art displays. Not forgetting the café. Opening Times Tuesday - Friday 10 - 4:45pm Saturday Sunday 12 - 4pm
