Photoshop or Lightroom

Post by mark dyson »

I have been using Lightroom for a while now and I prefer it to Photshop. Lightroom feels more in-tune with photos and RAW files go straight in without the need for Camera Raw as in photoshop. I still use photoshop for resizing and for spotting. What do other members use, Lightroom would suit the beginner as the changes are all made with sliders and if things go wrong you just press the reset button and the file is restored to the original, plus when you export the finished file it defaults to colour space srgb. I think Lightroom is a fraction of the price of photoshop, give it ago you will be surprised.
