A couple of points to add to that. When dragging an image into the black canvas, holding down the Shift key whilse you do it will make sure the image is centred left-to-right.
After dragging in the image, don't forget to Flatten before saving.
Hope that helps! Any questions, please ask....

Quick question with regards to print preoparation, I received some prints back from the Colour Labs however the prints did not match my monito have done as they ask on the website and downloaded Fuji's colour conversion profile, the question is when do apply the profile at the very beginning before any adjustments to the photo or after all adjustments etc have been made?

Been there, done that.

Make sure you CONVERT to profile and NOT Assign profile
The latter will totally screw up the colours.

The size requirement has now been altered and images should be 1600 x 1200 pixels. The rest of the information remains valid.
