Hi All,

Thank you for moving.

I know I'm not on here much, but please feel free to critique.

viraleye, not sure what was your intention with the shot, but some observations, although I don't know the site -

It stands as a record shot of Butts mill, but I would have lost a little on the right in order to include the bottom left corner of the building which is lost in the shot;

It is a big building to shoot, but site permitting, I would shoot from the tower end making it prominent around the left hand 'thirds' and get the whole building in that way and either leave it as it is or straighten up the converging verticals;

There looks to be some potential details in the building -
the tower full frame to exaggerate the converging verticals; and
close cropped images of the fire escape and of the centre brickwork with the Butts name above, taken parallel to the building.

The windows don't offer any real scope to explore unlike [IMHO]

Thank you for your comments. The reason the building is slightly chopped in the bottom corners is because there was cars there which I didn't want in the shot. Thinking about it now I suppose I could of maybe cloned them out or something?

I still have so much to learn but being pretty much self taught if say I'm doing okay at the moment :)
