Saturday 25th September 2015 - Camera Handling

Post by John »

Tomorrow from 10am to around 12 noon is the first of our new run of Saturday Workshops.

I will be covering Camera Handling in all its aspects, so bring your cameras and we'll thrash out the best ways to get the most out of them. I will also cover menus and general techniques for all types of subject matter.

The workshop will be interactive, so have plenty of questions!
Best regards

John

Good talk, very interesting and informative. Just as the membership requested. Looking forward to more talks in the future. Many thanks to John for presenting it.

Can only echo Alan's comments. Might have heard some of John's stuff before but still
managed to find something new.
A good start to these Saturday 'talks' so let's hope that they continue and are well attended. Certainly
worth it.

Sorry to have missed this - was on my back from Holiday. Will look out for the next one.

The intention is that at the end of every month we will have a similar event, with committee members taking turns to arrange their own talk, or get in a speaker, or arrange a field trip - whatever they decide they want to put on. All events will be appealing to those looking to learn more about their cameras and photography and all things related to that.

I'm glad that people enjoyed the first one and somewhere down the line, when it's my turn again, I'll do the second part of the stuff we started, and develop that in subsequent opportunities.
Best regards

John
