Atherton & District Amateur Photographic Society

Submissions for the next Yearbook are now invited. The deadline will be the end of March so the book can be prepared in April. This is issue 11 - let's keep up the high standard of the first ten and continue to make this a fantastic year by year summary of what members are producing.

The specification for submissions:

3 images
Full size as for making a print. A4 minimum, A3 maximum is ideal.
JPEG Quality 12
sRGB
Unsharpened

On a memory stick to me is the best route. The sticks will be returned when the project is completed.

The entries are now coming in nicely, many thanks to all who have contributed so far.

Deadline is nominally the end of March, but the absolute last day for entries is Thursday 5th April. After that, inclusion cannot be guaranteed, but I'm always happy to accept entries even whilst I'm making the book. That's not the ideal time, but the more in the better.

Don't be left out, let's have everyone in the book so future generations of ADAPS will know who were were!

Having been embroiled (in oil some would suggest) in end-of-year accounts for both ADAPS and next John Riley Photography this still leaves a bit of leeway for late entries to the yearbook.

There are already enough to make a book, but there are some names absent from the list that arguably should be on it. So shake off that feeling of winter lassitude, dust off the computer and put those shy natures aside and amaze me with your dazzling photographic skills!
