Post by John » Thu Jul 19, 2018 1:17 pm

Date: Thursday 23rd August 2018
Time: Starts 6.30pm
Location: Lancashire Mining Museum (Formerly Astley Green Colliery Museum)

We need to see if we can book some models, but the location is secured. Bring tripods for low light shots, macro lenses for detail shots, and other lenses as required.

Donations towards models on the night please, as usual.
Best regards

Four models are booked. Please be there as promptly as possible at 6.30pm to make the most of the light.

If anyone can pick up Alasdair from Atherton that would be great, please let him know or contact me so I can put you in touch.
Best regards

Everything is set up for tonight, and the forecast suggests that from about 4pm we'll move into an early evening of sunny intervals. However, regardless of weather we can start at 6.30pm and shoot outdoors or indoors as required.

Lighting will be potentially low, so don't forget some flash or a tripod as well as cameras.
Best regards

The weather beamed down upon us, with resplendent sunlight and a lovely end of day. The models were great, the photographers in a great mood and it was altogether a great evening.

Do please let me have pictures for the models as soon as you can - I'm assembling a pen drive of them for circulation.
Best regards

John
