Cheers Gordon for putting me on the spot. Dam
Had a quick look through previous posts and can't see any topics on reflections, so think we will go with that.
Reflections in glass, water, mirrors etc

Suffolk Idyll, presented as a CD or LP cover, hence the title. We were driving along and suddenly saw this idyllic Suffolk cottage and the reflection. Screech of brakes, leap from car, shoot image, back into car, carry on driving...…:-)

Competition now closed.
Well today is the 14th and I cant see there being any more entries so here we go.

Well done and thank you to all that took the time to send in your photos.
Just my luck that every photo had something very appealing about them. It really was difficult to pick one.

Mel. Lovely golden colour with plenty of detail. Would have liked to see more of the reflection in the water.

Simon. This photo would be well suited as a poster. Really jumps out at you with the vivid colours. Just a very slight distraction with the bit of the chain being more out of focus than the rest of the reflection.

Mike . Good street capture with a large reflection.

Daz. Well balanced BW photo of the tiger but would have preferred to see it facing towards the camera

John. Lovely classic chocolate box photo. Shaded trees seem to act as a vignette to draw the eyes along the river to the house. Would maybe leave out the writing as it very slightly distracted the eyes.

As I am not well versed on the technical side of things and the stuff about rule of thirds, I had to go with what was appealing to the eye and also the aim of the competition being the reflection.
Managed to narrow it down and my choice is the watch by Simon because of the work involved in creating this. The others where natural reflections but this one was a full on reflection that had to be set up and worked on to create it.

Brownie point for Simon so over to you.
