Competition #8 "WATER"
Competition #8 "WATER"
The next competition theme will be "WATER"
This is a favourite subject of mine. I`m sure everyone will have a selection of water shots after all the rain we have been having.
Closing Date will be Saturday 9th Febuary.
I`ll post a entry to start off the proceedings and good luck to everyone .

Re: Competition #8 "WATER"
Thanks everyone for entering the "Water" competition,
Here are the results in reverse order.
In 3rd place is Terry -
For me the picture is the left hand side, I would have cropped it in half, and used the left half only and used a slower shutter speed then maybe it would have been a winner .
In 2nd place is Myra -
I just love smooth water created with a slow shutter speed , this would have been the winner but it is to close to home.
I 1st place is Paul -
Just for the simplicity of the shot , I like it - well done .
Over to you Paul for competition no 8 .

Re: Competition #8 "WATER"
Thanks Des.
I'm pleased that you like it. It was one of those shots that I just 'saw' in my mind and it turned out exactly as I wanted it.
I'll post a new competition later.
Best regards
