This talk questions the view that purchasing a digital SLR and attendance at a camera club is the route to producing great images. It challenges the audience to consider their own commitment to photography and presents a series of activities characteristic of great photographers.

An interesting evening - good to hear some dogmatic opinions. As an ex colleagues used to state "sometimes wrong, never in doubt".

Sadly it would appear that I am not destined to be a great photographer.........my wife won't let me keep road kill in the fridge and I am not allowed to photograph any of my relatives in the nude!!!! (and I quite like a nice sunset).
